When Should I Order My Invitations?
We suggest ordering your invitations approximately 3-4 months prior to your day (the earlier the better). Aim to send your invitations out at least 6-8 weeks in advance to allow for rsvp's and confirmation of numbers.
Do I have to order all of my Stationery at the same time?
No, you should only order stationery that you have confirmation for. For example, you should start off by ordering your invitations and reply cards. When you have received confirmation as to how many people will be coming, then you can go ahead and order the remainder of your stationery (order of services, menu's, place cards, etc). This way you will only have paid for stationery that is going to be used. We do however recommend that you order 5-10 extra of each item you require, as if you do not have enough you will have to reorder the minimum amount (30) again.
Do you have this design in the other sizes?
Yes, all of our Wedding and Engagement Invitation designs are availabale in 4 sizes.

Every design pictured on the site is also available with the full accompanying stationery suite, so if you can’t find what you are looking for or it isn’t pictured on the website please contact us with your requirements at studio@bigdaydesign.com.au and we will be able assist you directly.
Do you offer Custom Stationery Designs?
If you can't find what you're looking for in our online range, we can custom design an invitation just for you. Alternatively if you see an invitation that you like on this website, but would like to change the colour, just contact us, and we will create a custom invitation for you. We can customise your stationery to match the tone and uniqueness of your day. We will ask for the pantone colour to ensure a close match. (Please note that due to the digital printing process, colours may vary).

What is the Printing Process?
All of our stationery is printed digitally. (There may be slight shifts in colour due to this process). On receipt of your approval, your order will be output for the printer and sent off for production. Upon completion, we will notify you of your estimated delivery date.
What is your method of Delivery?
Your stationery will be delivered within 14 working days of signing off on the final proof.
Big Day Design delivers anywhere within Australia. Stationery will be sent via Australia Post recipted delivery or courier a signature is required on receipt. Delivery on all orders within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $20. Big Day Design takes great care in the packaging of our orders, and does not take any responsibility for damage to the stationery in transit.
We also welcome International orders, however additional freight charges may apply.
Payment Methods
Full Payment is required before we commence designing your invitation, via our online checkout. Payment can be made by credit card, internet bank transfer, cheque or money order. Credit card payments are via the secure PayPal site. Big Day Design will never ask you for your credit card details.
